PURPOSES

  • 1

    Promote, advise, and counsel whether paid or free of charge, to its members and other public and/or private organizations on activities related to the treatment, fumigation, and application of health, phytosanitary, and related measure any other activity related directly or indirectly to the fumigation activity in the field related to post-harvest and export, seeking effective and balanced growth of this.

    Perform the publications, public events, and any other act please publicize the activity of the CHAMBER.

  • 3

    Boost and promote the study and academic, technical, and technological research of the Fumigation Activity.

  • 4

    To serve as meeting point between the main actors from the Fumigation Activity, whether they are members of the CHAMBER or not.

    Lead the relationships with the main public agents and organizations.

  • 6

    Represent in a non-exclusive way the collective interests of the members against the public administration of all jurisdictions, the Judiciary, arbitration and conflict resolution bodies that are competent in their case, as well as against third parties in general, without prejudice to their associates will retain their full capacity to exercise and represent as an individual their own rights and interests against the previous bodies and in general against any third party.

    Promote safety in carrying out fumigation services and/or treatments.

    Ensure the free celebration and fulfillment of contracts related to the Fumigation Activity, channeling judicial and/or administrative complaints that correspond to unfair, monopolistic, discriminatory or abusive conduct that are detected.

    Represent its associates before the authorities of the country and abroad and before individuals, supporting the efforts of those related to the activity at hand.

    Collaborate with administrative authorities and/or government entities corresponding to the Fumigation Activity, and at your request, in the issuance of regulations, rates, presentation of reports and any other activity that may be useful to such organizations.

    Promote the hierarchy of activities previously described.

  • 12

    Promote the improvement of the legal framework that regulates the indicated activities, collaborating with authorities for the improvement of the respective laws.

  • 13

    Become an arbitrator, when requested by its members, in order to settle disputes that may arise between them.
